Presentation of Florida's Science Standards.   This presentation (developed in April, 2008) by the Florida Department of Education's Office of Math and Science outlines and summarizes Florida's 2008 Next Generation science standards.  The presentation also shows examples of learning progressions developed within the standards, particularly for the Nature of Science Body of Knowledge.

• Cognitive Complexity support for Science.  This document was developed by the FCAT office.  It clarifies differences between Level of Cognitive Complexity and Difficulty, provides examples of activities across levels of cognitive complexity, and provides an example assessment item for each of the levels of cognitive complexity.
