On March 11 and 12, Dr. Ian Douglas, Jasmeet Sachdeva, Preetha
Annamalai, and Niranjan Potnis attended the 44th ACM Southeast
Conference. This annual conference was held on the campus of the
Florida Institute of Technology, located in Melbourne, Florida.
Preetha Annamalai presented a poster on "Extracting Knowledge In the
Internet Age", and Niranjan Potnis presented a poster on "Mobility
Models for Vehicular Ad hoc Network Simulations". After the conference
awards were given to the best student papers, non student (faculty)
papers, and best poster presentations. Niranjan Potnis placed first in
the category for best poster.
