Krystyna Orizondo and Shannon Loewy, two of KCRG's student assistants,
presented their Honors theses at the Learning Systems Institute's
Human Factors
Lab. Krystyna's presentation is titled, "The Effects of Task Clarification,
Graphic Feedback, Goal Setting, and Positive Reinforcement on the Customer
Service Behaviors of a Medical Clinic Staff." Shannon's presentation is titled,
"The Effects of Graphic Feedback, Goal Setting, and Positive Reinforcement on
Customer Service Behaviors".
