FCAT Mathematics Achievement Level 3 and Above by FRL, Grade 4
From 2002-2008, fewer fourth grade students on free and reduced lunch (FRL) performed at grade level and above on FCAT Mathematics compared to non-FRL students. In 2008, 61 percent of students on FRL scored at grade level and above compared to 83 percent not on FRL, a difference of 22 percentage points. From 2002-2008, students on FRL scoring at grade level and above increased by 25 percentage points, while non-FRL students increased by 17 points.
