FCAT Mathematics Achievement Level 3 and Above by SWD, Grade 3
From 2002-2008, the gap between percentages at level 3 and above on FCAT Mathematics achieved by students with disabilities (SWD) compared to those without disabilities decreased by 4 points. In this interval, students with disabilities scoring at this level increased by 20 percentage points, while students without disabilities increased by 16 percentage points. However, in 2008, 55 percent of students with disabilities scored at grade level and above compared to 80 percent with no disabilities, a difference of 25 percentage points.
