FCAT Mathematics Achievement Level 3 and Above by FRL, Grade 6
Fewer sixth grade students on free and reduced lunch (FRL) performed at grade level and above compared to non-FRL students. In 2008, 38 percent of students on FRL scored at grade level and above compared to 68 percent not on FRL, a difference of 30 percentage points. From 2002-2008, the gap between sixth grade students on FRL and those not on FRL ranged from 28 to 30 percentage points.
