FCAT Mathematics Achievement Level 3 and Above by FRL, Grade 7
Fewer seventh grade students on free and reduced lunch (FRL) performed at grade level and above compared to non-FRL students. In 2008, 48 percent of students on FRL scored at grade level and above compared to 73 percent not on FRL, a difference of 25 percentage points. From 2002-2008, students on FRL scoring at grade level and above increased by 16 percentage points, while non-FRL students increased by 12 percentage points.
